The Ukrainian-Italian Academic Center was created at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in 2015. The main tasks of the Center are:

• establishing and development of fruitful academic relations between KhNU and science-educational, business and cultural institutions of Italian Republic;
• initiation and all-round support of joint projects in the field of education development, academic exchange and culture;
• promotion of the integration of KhNU into the structures of European educational space;
• realization of advanced language training for the students and academic staff for further participation in joint projects with Italian partners;
• popularization of Italian culture in Ukraine.
