Ukrainian-Francophone Academic centre was established at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in 2015. The main objectives of the centre are:

• popularization of the French language and culture;
• establishment and development of the university fruitful academic relations with universities in France;
• initiation and all-round support of joint projects in the field of education and academic exchanges and culture;
• informing students and faculty about opportunities for higher education in France, scholarship programs;
• realization of advanced language training for the university students and academic staff for further participation in joint projects;
